Ceramic workshop, a walk around Abney Park Cemetery,
children picking up objects and leaves and press these onto pre prepared slabs
1.00-3.00 pm
Small groups to take pre-prepared activity maps around cemetery,
these will create a set of quests and actions to do and things to find at certain places.
They will return with the maps, which they will have personalised and drawn on, in order to go to the next level of the quest.
At the workshop space, they will come together and work on one joint Map which will complete their imaginative journey.
The Map will be completed and ceramics pieces fired. The outcome of both workshops will be exhibited alongside the artists work in the proposed exhibition at Stoke Newington Library Exhibition space.
We would welcome other artists to join in with the project.
